Select Your Battery Model
Choose your battery model (e.g. TBGX5L) from the dropdown — you'll find the model name printed on the front label of your battery.
Enter the Serial Number
Look at the right side panel of your battery. You'll see a sticker with a serial number. Once you select the model, the form pre-fills the first part — just type the last 2–3 digits shown on your battery's side label.
Fill Remaining Details
Complete the dealer, vehicle, and invoice details. Upload a photo of your purchase invoice. Tick both consent boxes and hit Submit.
Done — Warranty Active!
Your digital warranty certificate is generated instantly with a unique Registration ID. Download the PDF and save it. A confirmation is sent to your WhatsApp & email.
Where is the Serial Number?
Look at the right-hand side panel of your Terra battery — there's a white sticker label. The serial number is printed there and looks like this:
When you select your model, the form auto-fills TBGX5L-202608-B002- for you. You only type the last digits (e.g. 0042) — the unique number on your battery's side sticker.
Tip: Register within 1–2 days of purchase to ensure your warranty is fully activated. Keep your purchase invoice handy before you start — the whole process takes under 2 minutes.
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Internal short circuit, cell failure, or abnormal capacity loss under normal use
- Free replacement during the Guarantee period; pro-rata credit toward a new Terra battery during the Warranty period
- Physical damage, broken container/terminals, tampering, or opening of the battery
- Damage from overcharging, faulty vehicle electricals, wrong fitment, or use of non-recommended chargers
- Batteries used in applications other than the specified vehicle segment
- Loss of invoice AND unregistered warranty (register online to protect yourself)
- Normal wear, sulphation from prolonged disuse (uncharged storage over 3 months)
- Visit your nearest authorised Terra dealer with the battery, invoice, and Registration ID
- Dealer performs an on-spot test and logs the claim with Terra
- Approved claims: replacement (Guarantee period) or pro-rata credit (Warranty period), typically resolved within 7 working days
